Team

We are friends, volunteers, youth workers and trainers bound up with a common interest of sharing our personal and professional experience with exploring active young people in the area of non-formal education. Each one of us also has a different world view and that enriches our points of views, approaches, ideas and strategies. What unites us in our diversity is a common vision of a world that can work for everyone out of love, care and cooperation (when the whole is more than the sum of its parts).

I am one of the co-founders of Synergy Bulgaria. Since 2011 I have taken part in several international exchanges and self-development trainings in Netherlands, Spain and Bulgaria. Since 2013 I have been part of several self-development trainings in Netherlands and Bulgaria as team member and co-trainer. In all of the projects I found a pure source of learning, love and care. I had the insight that the best way to create a change for a better world is to create space for learning and support. My commitment in Synergy Bulgaria is to give those further. I am also SB’s legal and logistic support.
I have great experience in improvisational theater. I am one of the co-founders of the first Bulgarian semi-professional improvisational theater group. I also have a long year experience in the field of social policy. I hold a master degree in Law as well as bachelor’s degree in improvisational theater. My Motto in life is “Change happens constantly.”

I contributes to the development of Synergy Bulgaria while also enriching my experience and knowledge in the fields of coaching and training.
I have rich experience in human rights, poverty reduction and social enterprise as I have managed tens of developmental projects in the Middle East and North Africa region in an attempt to support economic development and social justice. For more than 8 years, I have established connections and partnerships for the NGO sector in Palestine in more than 20 countries.
